My work is continuously updated through research, case analysis, and cross-disciplinary synthesis across behavioural science, criminology, and sociotechnical risk thinking — without turning behavioural insight into scoring or prediction claims. Behaviour is treated as context-dependent: shaped by roles, incentives, pressure, and governance conditions, not reduced to “human error” or individual labels.

Ethics (non-negotiables)

  • No individual scoring (no “trust scores”, “risk scores”, or automated profiling).
  • No hidden monitoring or behavioural scoring.
  • No use of outputs for workforce decisions (hiring, promotion, discipline, performance management).
  • No false certainty (no claims of infallible prediction or “insider detection”).

These constraints exist to protect signal quality and ensure this work supports risk reduction, not compliance theatre.

Research collaboration
I’m open to collaboration with researchers and practitioners on governance-safe behavioural security. Collaboration may include pilot studies, evaluation design, or joint publications (with governance safeguards).
